I hereby understand and agree that I will be entitled to receive indemnity for medical expenses under the terms and conditions of my PASTAR policy which is insured and underwritten by SOMPO Insurance , on a cashless basis only if treatment is sought at designated panel clinics administered under MHC Medical Network Pte Ltd. I further agree and undertake to reimburse Sompo for any medical expenses incurred which is subsequently assessed to be not covered under my policy and/or which exceeds my policy limit(s).
